Birmingham/Bristol - Hybrid I’m supporting a leading UK corporate lender in the appointment of a Director – Corporate Real Estate Finance to play a pivotal role in leading its Midlands and South West based real estate regions. This is a senior, market‑facing position combining origination, relationship ownership and regional leadership, with responsibility for shaping strategy, driving growth and developing people. The role sits at the heart of a well‑capitalised business with clear long‑term ambition for the real estate sector. The Opportunity You’ll take a leadership role across a diverse real estate client base, spanning investment and development across all core asset classes. Working closely with structuring, asset management and product specialists, you’ll deliver bespoke solutions while balancing growth, risk and capital efficiency. Alongside origination and senior client coverage, the role carries line management responsibility and a strong voice in shaping regional strategy. Sustainability and decarbonisation form a key part of client conversations, supported by dedicated in‑house expertise. This is an SMCR‑certified role.
