Debt Advisory Director responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements to raise capital and optimize debt structures for private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses.
• Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with a diverse range of lenders and high-profile clients across the London market.
• Provide expert leadership and mentorship to a growing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
• Monitor debt market trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive insight and shape the firm’s evolving debt advisory offering.

As the successful candidate you will

• Have 8-10+ years of experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, or corporate banking.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of leading deals from inception through to successful completion.
• Possess strong financial acumen and sophisticated modelling capabilities to design innovative financing solutions.
• Exhibit a strategic, client-centric mindset with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
