We are looking for an experienced Director to lead and manage a team of Technical Sales professionals focused on driving growth opportunities for our Refined Products offerings across existing customer accounts. You will provide leadership to managers, supervisors and professional staff while driving the strategic execution of specialised sales initiatives. This role requires comprehensive understanding of the Refined Products sector and the ability to influence business outcomes through strategic resource allocation and team development.
In this role success depends on providing strategic leadership to drive sales performance, developing high‑performing teams and acting as a senior business leader who shapes the direction of Refined Products sales activities across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Management
- Provide overall leadership of the Technical Sales function setting clear strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Lead strategic collaboration across internal teams to achieve significant commercial success and drive business performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for specialised sales activities across multiple territories and sectors
- Take strategic ownership of resource allocation and optimisation across the function to maximise sales effectiveness
