Proven experience in establishing and leading programme or portfolio offices, driving organisational change and transformation while maintaining momentum and stakeholder confidence. Track record in developing business cases and implementing robust project governance and assurance frameworks, including gateway reviews and prioritisation processes. Ability to influence at senior level, building credibility with decision‑makers and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and functions.
