As the inaugural Director of our new Capital Development Programme Office, you’ll lead this transformative journey, building the office from the ground up, shaping its structure, and assembling a high‑performing team. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of our University, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and creating spaces that inspire and enable.

About you
Proven experience in establishing and leading programme or portfolio offices, driving organisational change and transformation while maintaining momentum and stakeholder confidence.
Track record in developing business cases and implementing robust project governance and assurance frameworks, including gateway reviews and prioritisation processes.
Ability to influence at senior level, building credibility with decision‑makers and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and functions.
