Director of Client Services – Private & UHNW Families

Enjoy Education is seeking an exceptional Director of Client Services to join our Senior Leadership Team and take full ownership of client delivery across our Homeschooling, Private Tuition and Tutor Partnerships divisions.

This is a senior leadership role within a boutique, relationship-led consultancy working directly with UHNW families and international private clients.

We are not a large corporate provider. We operate at the highest end of the education market, where discretion, judgement and personal accountability matter.

This role is suited to an experienced private client leader who understands the nuance of operating in high-trust, emotionally complex and reputationally sensitive environments.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will hold full strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery side of the business.

You will:

• Own the end-to-end client journey across all service lines

• Personally oversee complex, high-risk or reputationally sensitive family situations

• Act as senior escalation point for UHNW and international families

• Lead and mentor senior delivery leaders within Homeschooling, Private Tuition and Tutor Partnerships

• Ensure safeguarding governance and quality assurance frameworks operate to the highest standards

• Protect and elevate the premium positioning of the Enjoy client experience

• Shape and refine the operating model of a boutique consultancy rather than a scaled corporate structure

• Lead operational transformation initiatives, including CRM adoption and workflow optimisation

• Hold accountability for delivery-side P&L, margin discipline and operational clarity

• Partner closely with the CEO, Commercial Director and Finance Director to ensure growth never compromises quality

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will move fluidly between strategic oversight and direct involvement in nuanced family matters.

Who We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking candidates with substantial experience in high-end B2C or private client environments.

You will likely have:

• Director-level experience within luxury services, private client advisory, family office services, boutique consultancy or premium independent education

• Extensive direct exposure to UHNW families or high-profile private clients

• Experience operating within smaller, high-accountability organisations rather than large corporate hierarchies

• Demonstrable judgement in sensitive, reputationally complex situations

• Strong safeguarding governance and quality assurance oversight

• Commercial acumen, including margin optimisation and operational financial oversight within a consultancy-style business

• Confidence leading senior leaders and influencing at board level

• A calm, discreet and authoritative leadership style

This role is unlikely to suit career B2B operators from large corporate environments without direct high-end private client experience.
