Director of Data & Analytics

£120,000–£140,000 Base + Package

London – Hybrid


We’re partnering with a top-tier change and transformation consultancy recognised for delivering large-scale, outcome-led programmes across complex enterprise environments.


They are now seeking a senior Data & Analytics Leader to own and grow their Data & Analytics capability, taking full responsibility for client relationships, revenue growth, and delivery quality across major UK and global clients.


You will be:


  • A senior leader within a consultancy or professional services firm
  • Currently leading Data & Analytics engagements with significant revenue responsibility
  • Selling and delivering complex, multi stream data transformation programmes


You must bring:


  • Deep expertise across Data Strategy, Analytics, and Modern Data Platforms
  • A strong network across enterprise and digital stakeholders
  • Proven commercial ownership and pipeline development experience
  • Experience scaling and leading high-performing data teams
  • A hands-on, outcomes-focused leadership style with P&L accountability


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Owning and growing a multimillion pound Data & Analytics portfolio
  • Acting as executive client lead across key data and digital accounts
  • Defining and executing data, analytics, and AI growth strategy
  • Originating, selling, and delivering large, complex data transformation programmes
  • Leading engagements across: Data Strategy, Cloud & Platform Modernisation, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Governance and Data Operating Models
  • Managing P&L, margin, forecasting, and delivery performance
  • Building, leading, and mentoring senior data, analytics, and engineering leaders
  • Strengthening market presence through senior stakeholder engagement and thought leadership


The Package


  • £120,000-£140,000 base
  • Bonus
