Director of Demand Generation

We’re partnering with a fast-growing eCommerce SaaS platform to hire a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale marketing-sourced pipeline and inbound revenue.


This is a high-impact leadership role at a pivotal growth stage. You’ll lead demand strategy, optimise the full funnel from awareness to opportunity, and drive predictable pipeline growth while working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own inbound revenue targets and marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Build and execute scalable demand generation campaigns
  • Optimise funnel conversion, channel mix, and marketing ROI
  • Lead the demand generation team and agency partners
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven demand generation leadership in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of owning multi-million pipeline targets
  • Strong expertise across SEO, PPC, and digital acquisition channels
  • Highly data-driven with deep experience in funnel optimisation and CRO
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and GTM leadership


Experience in eCommerce or the Shopify ecosystem is a plus.
