The Role As Director of Finance Operations, you will lead global transaction processing teams and take ownership of the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in driving transformation, automation, and best practices across the function. Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance operations team across billing, AR, AP, payments, reconciliations, and expenses Drive process transformation initiatives, moving from manual workflows to automated, scalable solutions Establish and maintain robust policies, procedures, and internal controls

Financial Operations Oversight

Oversee billing and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, and stakeholder communication Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle including vendor management, invoice processing, payments, and expenses Lead cash management processes and ensure accurate reconciliation across bank accounts, payment providers, and ledgers

Performance & Optimisation
