📢 Director of FP&A | London (Office-Based)📍 Location: Hammersmith, LondonWe’re looking for a commercially minded Director of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and performance insight across a multi-site, international hospitality business backed by private equity and entering an exciting growth phase.This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior leadership to drive decision-making, enhance performance visibility, and build scalable FP&A processes to support expansion.Key Focus Areas:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningDeliver clear, actionable performance analysis and KPI reportingPartner with operational teams to drive revenue, margin, and efficiencyBuild robust financial models to support growth and investment decisionsEnhance reporting and analytics (Power BI, data-led insights)Develop and scale the FP&A function✔ Must have proven FP&A leadership in a multi-site hospitality environment.✔ Strong modelling, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement skills✔ Experience in fast-paced or PE-backed businesses advantageous✔ Systems & technology-savvy – familiarity with tools such as Power BIPlease quote reference 100326 when emailing in the first instance - jri@alexanderlloyd.co.ukThis is only one of many vacancies we are handling.
