This privately owned and iconic stately home attracts 350,000 visitors per annum. An outstanding individual is required to lead a high performing Food & Beverage department that delivers an exceptional, commercially driven, on brand experience across all its outlets. The Director of F&B will set the strategic direction for the food, drink, and events offerdriving innovation, elevating quality, improving customer experience, and maximising profitability across the estate. Knowledge & Experience Proven senior leadership experience within Food & Beverage at multi-site level.
Strong P&L management and track record of delivering commercial growth.
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced consumer-facing environments.
Experience of developing and implementing F&B strategy.
Demonstrated success in event catering or similar complex operational settings.
EPOS system proficiency and data-led decision making.
Experience within a heritage site, visitor attraction, or destination hospitality environment is desirable.
