Director of Highways & Infrastructure £115,000 plus a generous benefits package A leading multidisciplinary group of Engineers and Planners are keen to appoint a Director of Highways within their Infrastructure business which continues to win and deliver some exceptional projects. The Technical Director & National Service Line Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic, technical, and growth of the Highways & Infrastructure discipline within group. The role leads national service line strategy, ensures technical excellence, drives business growth, and oversees the delivery of high quality engineering solutions across all sizes of highways and infrastructure projects. The position requires a strong mix of leadership, client engagement, technical authority, commercial acumen, with a focus on developing a high performing team and ensuring consistent national delivery standards. The role will focus on:- Highways & Infrastructure ensuring that initiatives become part of mainstream practice by actively marketing these to existing and prospective clients. Technical Excellence Project Delivery As well as overseeing schemes as a Project Director and ensure targets are met and exceeded. Understand & engage with national market including key clients, competitors & opportunities. Contribute to common BD strategy & create/deliver aligned strategy for national discipline.
