ACJ Search are supporting a Yorkshire based FMCG manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint an Operations Director to lead a key site within their UK operation.


This is a key leadership role in the UK business with a focus on driving cultural change and improving key metrics around OEE and process adherence. As well as being responsible for the day to day running of the site, you will also be managing a significant phase of expansion and capital investment in the coming years.


We are looking for someone with strong leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally FMCG, although other backgrounds will be considered). Other specific requirements include:


  • Experience of managing a complex manufacturing facility
  • Proven experience of managing budgets, developing people and plant and delivering performance improvements.
  • Experience of delivering end to end supply chain projects.


This is a permanent, site based position.
