About the Role Reporting to the CEO, Solace is looking for an impactful ambassador who is passionate about the women’s sector and opportunities across London and the wider UK. We seek an individual dedicated to our cause, capable of leading a team to deliver strategic aims. The ideal candidate will be a visible and inspirational senior leader with experience in leadership and management at this level, holding relevant professional qualifications. They should be skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders and delivering projects on time, within a restricted budget. About You You will be a strategic, people-focused leader, passionate about shaping workplace culture and driving organisational success through its people. You thrive in environments fostering inclusivity, with proven ability to work closely with Executive teams and Boards.
