Job Title: Director of Project Management

Location: Hybrid in London (2-3 days per week)

Employment Type: 12 month FTC (permanent after)

Salary: Up to £110,000 + package

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major rebuild of a globally used CRM / contract management platform.

This is a senior, hands-on delivery leadership role responsible for owning requirements, managing software delivery, and leading a small team of Application Development Specialists across multiple international locations.

You will act as the bridge between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, ensuring clear documentation, structured delivery and successful go-live execution.

Director of Project Management – Key Responsibilities

Own project delivery across the full product lifecycle Lead sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog management (Jira) Manage and line manage a team of developers Work closely with Business Analysis to produce functional and technical specifications Oversee testing, UAT and go-live planning Ensure documentation standards are maintained Manage stakeholders across US and European time zones Drive process improvements and delivery excellence

Director of Project Management – Key Skills Required

Significant experience delivering software projects end-to-end Strong technical understanding of software/application development Experience managing development teams Agile / Scrum environment experience Strong Jira expertise Experience managing complex, multi-site IT projects Certified Scrum Master and Prince2 Practitioner Strong stakeholder management at senior level
