My client is currently seeking an exceptional Director of Spa & Wellbeing to lead the wellness operations at their world-class luxury hotel in the UK. About the Position
Lead and develop the strategic direction of the Spa & Wellbeing division
Deliver an exceptional and seamless luxury experience for every guest
Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure profitability and growth
Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of spa and fitness professionals
Implement innovative wellness programs and partnerships
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all standards, policies, and procedures are met
Drive sales and marketing initiatives to promote the spa and wellbeing offerings
Champion a culture of wellness across the resort for guests and colleagues
The Successful Candidate
Proven experience as a senior spa or wellbeing leader within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness brand
Strong commercial and operational background with a strategic mindset
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Up-to-date knowledge of global wellbeing trends and guest expectations
Professional, polished, and passionate about creating transformative experiences
Positive, proactive, and able to inspire excellence at all levels
