Our client is seeking a Commerical Director to play a pivotal role in driving their revenue growth and market presence. As a business they deliver best in class workplaces and services.

As Commercial Director you will lead on all the commercial aspects related to property acquisition, lease negotiations and space optimisation. This role requires a someone to have a strong network and industry relationships in the central London office market and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives that maximise value of their assets.

This role requires a seasoned real estate professional with a deep understanding of the commercial property market, a strong network and industry relationships, and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives that maximize the value of our clients assets. Candidates at Associate Partner/Director level who are thinking about making their first clientside move will also be considered.

We are looking for candidates with a strong focus on leasing transactions, and/or tenant rep. Experience in Central London markets is highly desirable. Candidates should also demonstrate success in leading successful real estate transactions, driving growth and managing complex commercial negotiations in a competitive market.
