Office Fit Out Specialist

Up to £110,000 + Commission + Bonus
We are working in partnership with a high growth, design led workplace consultancy to appoint a Director level Project Management professional to support the continued expansion of their Office Fit Out team.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual who combines strong delivery capability with a commercial mindset and a passion for client engagement.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the forefront of a dynamic and entrepreneurial business that is redefining how occupiers approach workplace transformation.
You will take ownership of key client relationships, lead high value fit out projects, and play a central role in driving revenue through both delivery and business development.
The position offers a clear platform to influence strategy, build a team, and shape the future growth of the Project Management offering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of CAT A and CAT B office fit out projects across London and the South East
Act as a trusted advisor to occupier clients throughout the full project lifecycle
Drive new business through existing relationships, referrals, and proactive client engagement
Take ownership of project financials, ensuring strong commercial performance
Collaborate closely with internal design and workplace consultancy teams
Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a high performance culture
Play a key role in shaping and executing the wider business strategy
About You
Proven experience delivering office fit out projects within a consultancy environment
Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level
You will come from a Property Consultancy, Multi Disciplinary or Project Management firm
Strong network across occupiers, agents, and wider industry stakeholders
Commercially astute with a track record of winning and delivering work
Excellent client facing skills with the ability to influence at senior level
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a business unit
