Join a market-leading project management consultancy partnering with some of Central London’s most prestigious tier one real estate developers and investors. With a track record of delivering award-winning schemes, they’re now gearing up for an exciting new wave of projects launching in Q3/Q4 2025 — and they’re looking for a Project Director to help lead the way.

The Opportunity

You’ll take the reins on high-profile commercial cut-and-carve, CAT A, CAT B and new build schemes, with contract values ranging from £5m–£200m. This is a chance to shape landmark developments, working closely with visionary clients and a highly skilled team.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ project management experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong track record delivering projects under JCT contracts
• Degree in a property-related discipline
• Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
• Experience delivering within the commercial s
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
