You'll lead a focused portfolio of corporate clients within Services, Public Sector and Regions and the Real Estate and Housing sectors with a directive to drive new client relationships through tailored Trade, Cash Management, and Payment’s solutions.If you thrive on building relationships, shaping solutions, and influencing at the highest level, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.**Your accountabilities will include:*** Deliver P&L targets by growing and managing a portfolio of existing clients in collaboration with the wider TBS team.* Lead execution of all TBS products across trade and payments.* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects on implementing TBS solutions and their impact.* Lead all aspects of post-origination activities and maintain engagement with TBS Corporate and coverage teams.* Build strong internal relationships and cross-sell TBS products, introducing appropriate counterparts when opportunities arise.* Ensure compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements while managing risk and supporting team performance and development.We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good.
