Role Purpose Lead the Exchange Management function across UK and Europe, managing regional Exchange Managers to deliver resilient, high‑quality real‑time and reference data from regional venues. This role is accountable for service & quality KPIs, customer escalations, risk, and vendor management, and partnering with Product, Data Strategy, Engineering, SAM and CSM to support growth and retention. Key Responsibilities Customer & Service
Act as escalation point for SAM | CSM | CSPs for critical data incidents originating from exchanges. Build and maintain venue profiles (usage, workflows, dependencies) for premium/Cat A venues Conduct post‑incident reviews with exchanges and internal teams for source‑triggered outages
Risk, Resilience & Governance
Identify and mitigate UK and Europe risks - engineering, data, regulatory, telecom resilience Support Disaster Recovery implementation and testing; progress secondary comms (MSP) with exchanges. Maintain the Vendor Management Dashboard and drive measurable source quality improvements with venues. Submit and track SII risk entries; ensure compliance and well‑governed operations.
Partnership & Influence
Partner with Product, Data Strategy, Technology to educate on regional complexities; shape near‑ and long‑term strategies. Advocate the voice of the customer to protect revenue, enable new business, and uphold LSEG’s reputation.
People & Leadership
Lead, coach, and performance manage Exchange Managers Drive career pathing, succession planning, and foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and innovation.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency
Proactively evaluate low‑value/high‑effort venues with Content Management to exit or de‑scope where justified. Partner to optimize source costs and reduce internal support
Change & Growth Delivery
Lead exchange management for Day‑1s, prioritized MD1s, roadmap changes and content enhancements; ensure quality and on‑time delivery. Maintain monthly/bi‑monthly contact cadence with exchanges to anticipate changes and secure smooth delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years leadership experience in exchange traded data. Deep knowledge of real‑time systems, exchange data, and LSEG products Executive‑level communication; proven customer escalation management. Familiarity with LSEG risk & governance and practical implementation. Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and external exchanges.
