Director will lead commercial growth and client engagement across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven business leader who combines strategic vision with strong execution, partnering closely with regional leadership to expand Beyondsoft’s footprint across both established service offerings and emerging digital solutions. The role sits at the intersection of business development, client partnership, and regional strategy execution, offering clear visibility, influence, and a defined pathway toward broader organizational leadership. Requirements
Exposure to public sector, GLCs, or regulated industries (BFSI, healthcare, telecom). Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to broader regional initiatives such as partnership development or service innovation. Experience navigating governance and compliance frameworks in enterprise service delivery. Comfortable operating independently while aligning with global direction and local execution needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth plans across Southeast Asia in collaboration with regional and global leadership. Drive account expansion and new business acquisition across core offerings (BPO, cloud, automation, AI, software services). Cultivate long-term, executive-level relationships with enterprise and government clients. Partner with internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing, and solutioning) to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes. Contribute to strategic initiatives in the region – Including new partnerships, market entry efforts, or service expansion pilots. Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive movements to inform Beyondsoft’s SEA strategy. Represent Beyondsoft in select forums, industry events, and partner engagements.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in business development, regional client leadership, or enterprise consulting within IT services or digital transformation environments. Strong understanding of the SEA enterprise landscape, with experience across multiple markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam). Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships and influence complex decision-making processes. Experience in outsourcing, cloud services, software delivery, or data-led solutions.
