Dispute Resolution Paralegal

New Today

Job Description

Your new company
Your new firm is a well‑established commercial practice with a strong reputation for high‑quality dispute resolution work and a genuinely supportive team culture. You'll be joining a modern, growing practice that values development, offers real exposure to complex matters, and provides a collaborative environment where junior talent can thrive.

Your new role
Your new role will see you supporting a busy commercial disputes team, working across a varied caseload that spans early‑stage instructions through to matters progressing toward court. You'll be involved in evidence review, preparing bundles, liaising with clients and counsel, and providing essential support on a wide range of contentious work.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring a strong academic background, with A/B grades at secondary level and a 2:1 or above in your LLB and LPC, reflecting the analytical ability needed for high‑quality disputes work. Alongside this, you'll have a genuine interest in litigation, solid attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of tasks in a fast‑paced team environment.

What you'll get in return
You'll benefit from a supportive team, exposure to high‑quality commercial disputes work and a clear structure for developing your skills. For the right person, this role can also lead to further progression, including the opportunity to be considered for a training contract or supported through the SQE route.
