We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and proactive lawyer to take ownership of a varied caseload, contribute to the firm's success, and play a key role in delivering high-quality client service. Duties

Manage and progress a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard. Provide clear, practical, and sound legal advice to clients. Handle client matters from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent client communication and service delivery throughout. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and correspondence. Ensure compliance with SRA, CQS, and other regulatory requirements at all times. Maintain accurate file management and record-keeping in accordance with firm policies and procedures. Supervise and support junior fee earners, trainees, and paralegals where required. Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking, client relationship management, and maintaining referral sources. Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law, and professional developments within the practice area. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support the firm's strategic and client service objectives.
