We are working with a highly regarded, partner-led boutique disputes firm, recognised for its elite work across complex contentious matters. This firm operates at the highest level of the market while maintaining a genuinely collaborative and balanced working culture.


They are seeking a talented disputes solicitor with 4–6 years PQE to join their growing practice. The role offers exposure to high-quality work typically associated with larger international firms, but within a lean, supportive, and non-hierarchical environment.


The disputes practice covers a broad range of contentious matters including litigation, arbitration, class actions, and complex dispute resolution.


Typical duties for the role will include:

  • Managing client and matter files across a range of high-value and complex disputes.
  • Advising clients on strategy and risk in contentious matters.
  • Drafting pleadings, submissions, and other complex legal documentation.
  • Working closely with partners on sophisticated disputes from inception through to resolution.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver a high standard of service and build long-term relationships.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
  • 4–6 years PQE gained within a top-tier, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or leading international firm.
  • Strong experience in litigation, arbitration, class actions, or general dispute resolution.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to disputes.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, partner-led environment.
