The firm focuses on providing clear, strategic advice and strong representation in civil disputes. The Role We are seeking a solicitor with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE to assist with a varied caseload of civil disputes. The role will involve working closely with the principal solicitor and assisting with matters including: Landlord and tenant disputesProperty disputes This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is keen to develop strong disputes experience within a supportive and hands‑on environment. Key Responsibilities Drafting correspondence, pleadings and applicationsAssisting with case preparation and hearingsLiaising with clients, counsel and other professionalsSupporting the principal solicitor with case strategy and file management Candidate Requirements Qualified solicitor in England & WalesApproximately 2–3 years’ PQE in civil litigation / dispute resolutionExperience handling contentious matters and drafting litigation documentsStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work carefully and collaboratively within a small team Working Arrangements Office based in Beckenham initiallyHybrid working (up to two days from home) may be available following successful completion of probation Start Date Ideally available to start within a reasonable timeframe.
