The role Are you experienced in Maintenance Surveying, with a detailed knowledge of the legal disrepair process? If yes, then this may be the perfect role for you! We have a great opportunity that has arisen within our dedicated Contract Services Team for a Disrepair Surveyor. Youll deliver a quality, resident-focused Disrepair Surveyor Service working collaboratively with internal and external Legal Counsel, external contractors, and internal departments. Youll assist the team in ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered to help with the groups efficiencies to comply with relevant policies, legal and regulatory requirements. Youll be proactive in monitoring performance, meeting KPIs and taking decisive action to ensure issues are addressed. It is important that youre able to address and resolve complex disrepair cases within a timely manner. Your main base will be our Farringdon office, with regular travel across London. Youll have the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. What youll have Membership of RICS, CIOB or equivalent level experience A detailed knowledge of the legal disrepair process
