Distribution Centre Performance Manager Hybrid Working We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, team spirited individual to join IPC EMEA as Distribution Centre Performance Manager. The purpose of this role is to work within the IPC EMEA Equipment and Services team as part of the Supply Chain and Operations function, to drive value, efficiency, compliance and performance from new and existing consolidators, with constant attention to Franchisee profitability and the strategic goals of IPC EMEA and Subway. The successful candidate will have stock management, distribution, transport and supply chain experience, ideally within Europe and Middle East. Managing and reporting on the operational performance of Equipment and Services consolidators Maintaining optimum inventory levels with the Consolidators and holding Consolidator to account. Creating detailed analysis and reporting to provide key insights for all Equipment and Decor team members Maintaining optimum inventory levels with the Consolidators Responding to and resolving any Equipment and Services quality or availability complaints in a timely manner Work with IPC comms team to prepare monthly and ad hoc price communication
