What the Role Involves In this position, the successful District Heating Engineer will carry out a wide range of tasks across residential properties in Southwark, including: * Replacing radiators and radiator valves * Diagnosing and resolving no-heating / no-hot-water issues * Installing hot water cylinders and unvented cylinders (G3 training available if needed) * Servicing and replacing 2-port and 3-port valves * Cleaning system strainers * Providing general maintenance support on district heating and communal hot water networks

Salary Structure & Earnings Potential * Base salary: £39,000 - £52,000 depending on experience and job output * Day rate equivalent: £155-£200 per day * Overtime: £30 for each additional job completed * Call-out rota: Thursday-Friday, 7-day period, 24-hour cover ...
