Our client is a recognisable, large, multi-dimensional design and construction engineering business.
Their core project work is in the development of buildings and facilities with business critical engineering systems for commercial property owners and developers operating in a broad variety of industry sectors. They are particularly involved in the technology sector, building Data Centres at the forefront of the market.
We are looking for a Divisional M&E Director with relevant M&E specific Senior Management level expertise in the M&E Contracting Sector and a proven track record of delivering building services across multiple sectors within the construction industry. Our client is looking for someone with experience on projects from at least £5M in M&E Value, and ideally much larger.
You will be running one of the major divisions in the Group. The role covers a remit within the South East of England, in particular London and the M3 and M4 corridor in the home counties. There is some flexibility regarding your location, but you must be within easy travelling distance of Central London.
You should be an experienced, level-headed Senior M&E Manager, ideally qualified to degree level, with a modern and forward-thinking collaborative approach. Our client is looking for a stable and recognisable mainstream career history and you should have clear experience of managing an excellent professional team consisting or Project managers, engineers, site personal and associated support staff.
Exceptional and rare senior-level Engineering Management position to join an established and recognised M&E business at Director level with the potential to further professionally develop seniority within an impressive Engineering Group.
Commercial and Data Centre / Critical Infrastructure Contract Management experience essential. Experience within the UK Market and a stable background with recognisable M&E Contractors required. This is a Permanent Staff position. Excellent benefits in addition to salary
