With over 20 years of experience delivering services across social housing, healthcare, and defence, the organisation has built a strong reputation through its fully in-house delivery model. Their services include responsive repairs, maintenance, void refurbishment, and planned works across a diverse portfolio of contracts.Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Divisional Director to lead and shape the future of their Repairs & Voids division.The OpportunityAs Divisional Director, you will play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction and ensuring the operational and commercial success of the division. You will oversee large-scale repair and void refurbishment programmes, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and high-performing operational teams.This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about improving housing services and outcomes for communities.
