Document Controller\n £45,000 - £50,000 *DOE\n\nFully Office Based with Site Visits\n Full Time, Permanent\n\n8:30am - 5:30pm\n\nCity of London, Based Near Monument Station\n\nAre you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organisation? Our client, a leading organisation in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.\n\nAs a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing project information within our specialised document control system, Deltek PIM. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure the smooth flow of documentation across our sites.\n\nWhy work for this company?\n\nStunning Offices: In the heart of the City with a great company culture and team environment.\nDynamic Work Environment: Be part of a vibrant team in the fast-paced construction industry.\nProfessional Development: Opportunity for training and growth in document control and related systems.\nCollaborative Culture: Work closely with diverse teams and contribute to exciting projects. \n\nDuties:\n\nAssisting the Senior Document Controller in overseeing document control processes.\nAddressing any DELTEK PIM-related issues raised by staff.\nUploading and downloading the latest construction information.\nDistributing information efficiently to ensure everyone is working with the latest revisions.\nMaintaining and reviewing the Document Management System (DMS) and Document List Management (DLM) regularly.\nIdentifying and merging duplicate organisations and contacts within the system.\nEnsuring the appropriate storage of files, both hard and soft copies.\nSupporting the team with any additional tasks that arise.\nAssisting in controlling drawings and correspondence between project teams and external parties.
