Document Controller / Site Administrator

Our client is a long established and highly respected construction main contractor, working across a range of projects including: residential, commercial, retail, hotels, student accommodation, retirement living, leisure, mixed use etc. Both new build and refurbishment.

They are embarking on a £45m new build retirement living project in Henley on Thames and are looking for a Document Controller / Site Administrator to join their team, based on-site.

They need someone with previous experience in:

* Site administration and document control - including experience of using document control packages.

* Working for main contractors or sub-contractors.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills at all levels.

In return for the above, our client will offer a salary in the range of £36k-£42k negotiable on experience.
