Document Controller Location - Chester Do you have experience managing documents in a structured environment? Are you confident supporting teams with systems and administrative processes? Looking for a role where organisation and attention to detail really matter?

What will you be doing? ·Supporting the document management system, ensuring documents are stored and maintained correctly ·Assisting with system updates and testing functionality before release ·Managing document transmittals in line with internal and regulatory requirements ·Acting as a key user for the system, resolving queries and tracking issues ·Providing guidance on document control processes in meetings ·Arranging equipment shipping through external couriers ·Supporting wider Site Services activities with general administration
Where you'll be doing it You'll be joining a technical and highly regulated environment, supporting a Site Services team with document control and administrative activities. The team works closely together to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll need ·At least 3 years' administrative experience, ideally in a technical or engineering environment ·Experience with document control or document management systems (training can be provided) ·Experience working in a process-driven or regulated environment ·Good level of education (A Level or HND or equivalent) ·Strong organisational, planning and communication skills ·Confidence using Microsoft Office and data systems ·Ability to work well within a team and across different departments ·High attention to detail and reliability
