An established Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction business and work across two exciting new projects in the Cambridge area.

Projects include:

A new-build office development in North Cambridge

You will split your time between both project sites, the company’s regional office in Cambourne (Cambridge), and working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project documentation and drawings using 4 Projects

*

Ensuring accurate version control and distribution of documents

*

Supporting project teams with document management processes

*

Maintaining compliance with company and industry standards

*

Liaising with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficient flow of information

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction

*

Strong working knowledge of 4 Projects (essential)

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
