The Role: As Document Controller, you will be responsible for the management, control, and distribution of all project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and issued in line with company and project procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project documentation across multiple teams and stakeholders

Uploading, issuing, and tracking drawings, specifications, and reports

*

Maintaining document registers and ensuring version control

*

Supporting project teams with document-related queries

*

Ensuring compliance with internal processes and project requirements

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a Document Controller role within construction

*

Strong working knowledge of document management systems such as 4Projects, Asite, Viewpoint, or similar platforms

*

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

*

Confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and external consultants

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
