We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading residential contractor on a six month temporary basis, with the opportunity of temporary contract to permanent contract. This residential developer traditionally specialises in large volume developments across the south for framework clients. The role of Document Controller will be based primarily in their head office in Hampshire with occasional site visits required. Responsibilities for Document Controller Responsible for overseeing all project documentation and ensuring it is filed correctly in line with company protocol Assist both clients and stakeholders with relevant CDE training when required Continuous maintenance and management of systems throughout the duration of the projects including archiving, running reports and ensuring the latest version is available Requirements for Document Controller Previous experience using document management system Dalux is essential Relevant experience working on large scale projects within the construction industry Strong communication skills and attention to detail We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual for our client.
