Agreement and production of project File Naming Conventions. Creation and management of system workflows. Onboarding external Consultants and Subcontractors Transferring files between internal and external systems (e.g. Viewpoint for Projects to Aconex, Asite, Business Collaborator CEMAR etc.). Dealing with queries from all internal and external project users in a professional manner. Completing daily Quality Assurance reviews. Assisting with audits and generating reports. Ad hoc duties as required. What We re Looking For Skills: Team player, but also be able to work using your own initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and deliver to strict timescales. Digitally savvy with strong I.T skills Qualifications Desirable Scottish Highers, A levels or equivalent. Experience Desirable Work with Document Management Systems. Competency with the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Construction industry experience would be desirable but not essential. Use of Viewpoint for Projects would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
