Owen Reed is looking for a Document Services Operator (Evening) for a top law firm in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned global law firm as part of their high-performing Document Services team. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Document Services Operator to provide expert document production support during the evening shift. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 4pm – 11pm GMT

The Role

As an Evening Document Services Operator, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality document support across the firm. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring all documents are produced, formatted and delivered to an exceptional standard. The successful candidate will be proactive, technically strong, and able to interpret detailed instructions with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Document Processing & Formatting

• Produce, revise, format and compare complex legal and business documents.
• Convert documents into Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio in line with firm standards.
• Create and update Tables of Contents; run accurate mail merges.
• Conduct defined terms checks and reformat documents using firm-specific tools.

Technical & Software Expertise

• Edit, compile and redact PDFs; create forms, e-closing binders and bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat.
• Create and amend PowerPoint presentations while maintaining strict brand consistency.
• Build and revise organisational charts, flowcharts and timelines using Visio and PowerPoint.
• Reformat Excel spreadsheets, including print setup, basic formulas and charts.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and document support to internal clients.
