Red Snapper Recruitment are seeking a committed and proactive Outreach Domestic Abuse Practitioner to join our client. You will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support services to women and children affected by all forms of domestic abuse , including Forced Marriage, Honour-Based Abuse, and FGM.The role involves casework, safety planning, and advocacy, as well as leading referrals into the community team and developing a range of accessible and culturally sensitive support pathways. Permanent Full time monday - friday Coventry £26,617 Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support , case management, and advocacy to survivors of domestic abuse. Carry out risk and needs assessments and develop Individual Support Plans. Build strong multi-agency partnerships and support external awareness/training sessions. Deliver drop-in sessions and outreach to engage hard-to-reach communities. Facilitate group support and workshops to empower service users. Support the delivery of community-based services, including liaising with volunteers and champions. Maintain accurate service user records, and contribute to monitoring and reporting systems.
