Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) London Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: London (3 days on-site, 2 days working from home)
Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK no visa sponsorship available
We are recruiting for an experienced Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to join a growing energy and sustainability consultancy delivering Domestic EPCs and supporting residential energy performance across the UK.
This role is ideal for a qualified Energy Assessor with experience in RdSAP assessments , EPC compliance , and domestic energy performance, looking for a hybrid London-based position.
The Role Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
As a Domestic Energy Assessor , you will carry out RdSAP assessments on domestic properties and produce accurate Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in line with current legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
Completing RdSAP energy assessments on residential dwellings

Producing compliant Domestic EPCs

Ensuring accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all assessments

Supporting wider energy performance, reporting, and sustainability objectives

This is a hybrid role , requiring travel to London three days per week, with two days working from home.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years experience as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)

Qualified and accredited DEA

Strong knowledge of RdSAP and domestic EPC production

Ability to commute to London three days per week

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
