Domestic Gas Engineer

FWA Talent Specialists are proud to be working in partnership with a growing and well-established mechanical services provider to recruit a qualified Gas Safe Engineer.

Due to continued expansion of their residential portfolio across London, our client is looking to add an experienced engineer to their team, working across a diverse range of domestic properties, with opportunities to gain exposure to commercial and plant room environments.

The Role
You will be working across private homes, apartments, and local authority properties, carrying out:

* Domestic servicing and maintenance

* Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)

* Fault finding and repairs

* Boiler installations and upgrades

* Work within tenanted and privately owned properties

* Occasional plant room and commercial works (advantageous)

What We’re Looking For

* Current Gas Safe registration

* Proven domestic gas experience (essential)

* Commercial gas experience (beneficial, not essential)

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach

What’s On Offer

* £49,000 – £52,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
