Domestic Gas Safe Engineer

As our residential portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a qualified Gas Safe Engineer to join our growing mechanical team.

You will be working across a varied housing portfolio throughout London, including private homes, apartments, and local authority properties. The role is primarily domestic, with occasional opportunities to support commercial and plant room works for engineers looking to broaden their experience.


Key responsibilities:

  • Domestic servicing and maintenance

  • Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)

  • Fault finding and repairs

  • Boiler installations and upgrades

  • Working in both tenanted and privately owned properties

  • Occasional plant room and commercial works (advantageous)


What you can expect from us:

  • £44,000 £50,000 depending on experience, plus overtime opportunities. Higher salaries considered for exceptional candidates.

Requirements:

  • Current Gas Safe registration

  • Proven domestic experience (essential)

  • Commercial gas experience beneficial but not required

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

  • Full UK driving licence
