Gas Safe Plumber

Location: Surrey (Mobile Role Across Surrey) Salary: £40,000 Hours: Monday – Friday Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Safe Plumber to join a property maintenance team working across high-end properties in Surrey.

This is a mobile role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold water systems

* Carry out work on sanitation, waste disposal, and drainage systems

* Maintain and repair central heating systems

* Fix and maintain piped services across a range of properties

* Test closed-loop heating systems to ensure correct pressure and levels

* Carry out fault finding and necessary repairs

* Maintain stock and manage plumbing materials

* Support other engineers and team members when required

* Participate in an on-call rota and seasonal shift patterns

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety and COSHH regulations

* Carry out additional duties as required within the scope of the role

Requirements

* City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

* Unvented Hot Water qualification (essential)

* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance

* Good understanding of building regulations

* Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH

* Proven experience in a similar plumbing role

* Own hand tools

* Full UK driving licence
