This role focuses on delivering high-quality engineering services to social housing properties, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The Role

Carry out planned installations of domestic central heating systems, including boilers, radiators, pipework, and controls.
Service, maintain, and repair gas appliances and heating systems in occupied and void properties.
Complete annual gas safety checks (CP12) and landlord compliance inspections.
Diagnose and fault-find on heating systems and carry out effective repairs.
Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures. You

Gas Safe Registered.
ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1).
Full UK driving licence.
A proactive approach to safety and compliance.
