Domiciliary Care Assistant Location: Manchester
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts
Salary: £12£13 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes. You will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life by assisting with everyday tasks and providing companionship.
Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Support with mobility and safe movement around the home
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
Prompt or administer medication
Carry out light household duties such as cleaning and laundry
Offer companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in clients health or wellbeing
Maintain accurate care records
Requirements Caring, patient, and reliable nature
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
Willingness to undergo a DBS check
Right to work in the UK
