Reports To: Operations Manager / Regional Operations Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead and develop a new home care branch. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services for individuals who wish to remain independent in their own homes. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating care services, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage branch staff, supporting performance and professional development.
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, client assessments, care planning, and service coordination.
Ensure all services meet regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality care standards.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community.
Handle client enquiries, assessments, and service concerns effectively.
Monitor branch performance, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators.
Identify opportunities to grow and develop the service.Skills & Attributes:

Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good business awareness with the ability to support service growth.
Knowledge of care sector regulations and quality standards.
Full UK driving licence.Qualifications:

NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
