Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. Duties and responsibilities related to the Door Host/ess role
Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all guests, creating a memorable first impression from arrival.
Assistguests with arrival and departure, including opening doors, guiding them to reception, and supporting with luggage whererequired.
Act as an ambassador for the hotel and Olympia destination, confidently providing information about hotel services, events, and local attractions.
Manage the flow of guests at the entrance, ensuring a smooth andorganisedarrival experience at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, ensuring apersonalisedand attentive service.
Maintain a strong presence at the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment.
Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
About You
Previousexperience in a guest-facing role within a premium hospitality environment is preferred.
A natural host with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in engaging with a diverse range of guests.
Professional, well-presented, and approachable with a positive and proactive attitude.
Strong awareness of guest experience, with the ability toanticipateneeds and respond efficiently.
Knowledge of the local area isadvantageous, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
