Drainage Engineer Field-Based Location: Leeds Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Salary: £30,000 per year plus commission, OTE £45,000 pa We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Drainage Engineer to join our growing team in aclient-facing, field-basedrole.

Youll attend domestic and commercial properties, diagnose and resolve drainage issues, and represent the business professionally on-site.

Key Responsibilities Attend both emergency and planned drainage jobs Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues using CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, rods, etc.

Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining, and minor excavations Liaise directly with customers to explain issues and solutions Identify and recommend additional work where appropriate Maintain strict adherence to health and safety procedures Contribute to brand reputation with excellent service and technical knowledge Take part in an on-call rota to support 24/7 service delivery What Were Looking For Minimum 1 years drainage experience (essential) Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills HPWJ certification preferred Plumbing knowledge and/or drainage tanker experience (desirable) Full, xbpsjku clean UK driving licence CSCS card (preferred) Comfortable using mobile apps and technology on-site What We Offer £28,000 £30,000 per year basic salary plus performance-based bonuses On target earnings £38,000 pa All tools, uniform, vehicle, and equipment provided Supportive, growing team with long-term career opportunities Please apply or contactLauren Bottingat for more information
