Job Description: Drainage Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Drainage Operations Manager to join our expanding team on a full-time basis.

Position Overview:

Job Title: Drainage Operations Manager Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Commission OTE: £65,000+ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of drainage engineers. Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions. Interviewing new drainage engineers. dealing with technical and large-scale quotations. Provide support to engineers on challenging jobs, occasionally outside normal hours. Conduct site audits to ensure quality and compliance. Attend sites on an ad-hoc basis as required. Assist the operations team with technical queries. Ensure quoted work is completed, assign appropriate engineers, and order necessary parts.
