Drama Teacher – Secondary School (Rochester)Start Date: ImmediateContract: Until the end of the academic yearRequirement: Must hold QTS
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Drama Teacher for a secondary school based in Rochester. This is an immediate-start role expected to continue through to the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across KS3–KS4
- Plan, prepare, and mark all lesson materials in line with school expectations
- Contribute to the development of the Drama curriculum where required
- Support students’ progress through effective feedback and assessment
- Attend parents’ evening and relevant school meetings
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Availability to start immediately
